Objectives The operational goal of the project management work package is to efficiently monitor and control the progress of the different workpackages, and to coordinate the different project activities. The following sub-goals can be distinguished: - to ensure timely and qualitative achievement of project results through technical and administrative co-ordination.
- to ensure the quality control of project results and risk management of the project as a whole.
- to provide timely and efficient administrative and financial co-ordination of the project and meet contractual commitments.
- to implement the reporting and reviewing procedures.
- to coordinate the links with related projects and NoEs.
- to interact with the relevant standardization initiatives.
